You know that you are getting custom items made, inspected, packed, and shipped to you and this takes time. As a one off company (allowing for 1 item creation) the process of lay out, printing, inspecting, and shipping is fast but still only custom order fast. Days 1-2 the order is in processing. Day 3 is the printing process. Day 4 is in the shipping stage. By day 7 your item should be at your door. Understand the larger the order and mix of products all add to the timeline. Custom items just take longer than items on the shelf that are ready to ship immediately. Be patient!
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
We work with national fulfillment centers so that items ship from the closest facility to you. This cuts down the wait time to receive your cutom POD order.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost..
We use print-on-demand. Which allows for many application processes and many substrate base products. From Direct to Fabric, Direct to Film, UV Printing, Embroidery, and screen printing we have a solution for whatever you want to create.
We will send an order confirmation email among others after you check out. The emails will have the link to your tracking and the latest carrier information. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us ASAP! All our orders are custom Printed On Demand just for you and therefore double checking your artwork, spelling, layout or sizing & colors prior to submitting your order with us.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Print On Demand is a one item at a time printing solution and therefore they are custom made for each and every order submitted. As with all custom items ordered through out the country, they are not refundable. Please note that you have agreed to these terms when you p[aced your order. Chargebacks, or fail to pays will be contested immediately by our finance team.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
